1) it appears the DSM-520 will not play videos rendered with dvd fab

2) the videos should first be ‘rendered’ using Nero Recode 2.2.6.17

3) it appears that video rendered with neroRecode will not play closed-captioned

4) to get closed-caption, it appears the best way is to first render using dvd-fab, and then re-render using neroRecode – hopefully
