install this port tester

create new OUTBOUND TCP firewall rule and open/close the port(s) to test

open advanced settings:

create a new TCP rule:

ports closed result:

ports open result:

test port socket io over 8888
port 8889 test

telnet morphboxtest.info 8890 — to test port 8890

notice this port test shows UDP port is closed! the advanced options UDP scan also have to be checked!
